These terms govern your use of Kepsay Go's language courses, accounts, AI practice, and in-app purchases.
Using Kepsay Go
Kepsay Go provides language learning and scenario practice. You must comply with applicable law, keep account credentials secure, and provide accurate account information. You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape content, or access another person's data.
Learning and AI content
Course and AI output may contain errors and are provided for learning, not as medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or professional advice. Verify important real-world information with a qualified person or official source. Do not submit sensitive personal data to AI practice.
Purchases
Prices, course scope, trial access, and access duration are shown before purchase. iOS purchases are processed by Apple under its payment terms. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Unless the product screen explicitly states otherwise, a course is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under applicable law and store policy.
Accounts and termination
An account is optional unless a feature states otherwise. You can delete your account in Me. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.
Content and intellectual property
Kepsay Go and its licensors retain rights in the app, courses, designs, and software. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use purchased or trial content during the stated access period. You retain rights in text you submit and grant Kepsay Go permission to process it only as needed to provide and improve the service.
Availability and liability
The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kepsay Go is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions can be sent through the support channel on Kepsay Go's App Store listing. These terms are governed by the law stated for the seller in that listing, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
