Data we collect

You can use the course without creating an account. On-device learning data includes your selected languages, answers, review status, course progress, streak, and app preferences.

If you create an account, we process your email address, display name if supplied, account identifier, authentication sessions, and learning progress you choose to synchronize.

When you use an AI conversation, Kepsay Go processes the course scenario, recent conversation context, and the text you submit so it can generate a reply and correction. Do not submit names, addresses, identity documents, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal data.

We may process product interaction and stability events such as lesson starts, completions, errors, and review completion to operate and improve the learning experience.

How we use data

We use data to provide lessons, synchronize progress, personalize review, generate AI practice, maintain account security, restore purchases, diagnose failures, and understand whether learning features work.

Kepsay Go does not sell personal data and does not use your data for cross-app advertising or tracking.

Service providers and transfers

Data is shared only with providers needed to host the service, store synchronized progress, process in-app purchases, deliver AI responses, or monitor reliability. Those providers process data for these functions under their own security and privacy obligations.

Depending on where you live, processing may occur in another country. We apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards where required.

Retention and security

On-device records remain until you clear app data or remove the app. Account and synchronized learning records are retained while your account is active and deleted when you delete the account, except for limited records that must be retained for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving a transaction.

We use access controls, encrypted network transport, and operational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may use Kepsay Go without an account, decline to enter personal information in AI practice, and clear local app data through your device settings.

After signing in, open Me and choose Delete Account to permanently delete the server account, active sessions, and synchronized learning progress. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export where local law provides those rights through the support channel shown on Kepsay Go's App Store listing.

Children

Kepsay Go is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable age.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies from its stated date.
